McInnes challenges Salmond on Local Income Tax

However, the SNP’s current proposals do not address some key issues, including the protection of students, the accountability of local councils, small business support and appropriate taxation for those people receiving high levels of income from dividends./p p“We will continue to pursue these issues with the Government and make further constructive proposals to improve the Bill before it is published.”/p div class=image-clear/div/div /div /div
